Vendor System Proposal
Allow players to set up vendor shops or make buy requests in designated areas within towns, similar to the system in Lineage 2, where they can buy or sell 3 to 4 items.
Key Points:
Players can establish shops in dedicated shop areas.
A special item, either purchased or obtained as a drop, will allow players to set up an offline shop, enabling them to close the game or browser while their shop remains active.
The initial item limit could be 2 or 3, with the possibility of expanding to 6 or 7 items through quests, special items, or spending gold.
This system will stimulate the economy by allowing offline trading, eliminating the need for players to constantly camp on discord for trades.
If an API is provided, it would enable third party devs
to pull market data, helping players quickly identify the cheapest or most expensive items and find active sellers or buyers.
Something like this on the picture from Lineage 2, players are sitting and selling/buying stuff they need.

Interesting idea! I agree with @naviking that this could really enhance Apartment Utility. I was thinking along the lines of a centralized marketplace, like "Wefco Mart," where only Apartment owners would be allowed list items for sale. This would streamline the buying process by providing a one-stop shop for all listings, instead of hopping between individual stores or apartments to find what you need.
For example, if I’m looking to buy 30 Bolts, I’d rather browse all available listings in one place, make the purchase, and move on, without having to visit multiple shops or use external sites. Limiting listings to Apartment owners would maintain exclusivity while improving convenience and speeding up sales.
Additionally, a centralized marketplace would eliminate the need for third-party APIs, as all the buying and selling data would be consolidated in one place.

yea I thought about that too, you can do that in the apartment even without the player being involved like it was on stream yday, player owned vending machines where you can put stuff from your bank, set a price and sell

I see this as an accessibility problem. Without proper reflection, it will be backward and unproductive. Sorting through all 9,999 apartments in search of a suitable one is not like Lineage 2.
If it's in the open world, but only for apartment owners, then that's much better
