Public Leaderboards

Feature Request

I believe that implementing public leaderboards would significantly enhance player engagement. The game already collects relevant data, and showcasing player rankings would offer a competitive edge that many players would enjoy. This feature would provide players with a sense of achievement and motivate them to improve their performance, while also encouraging social interaction within the game.

Public leaderboards could include the following features:

  1. Global Rankings: Display top players globally, based on various metrics such as total damage dealt, stages completed, or other key performance indicators.

  2. Personal Standings: Allow players to view their individual rankings in comparison to other players.

  3. Friend Leaderboards: Highlight rankings among friends, fostering a sense of community and friendly competition.

    was going to post this but your post is basically asking for the same:

    "To increase competitivity and bragging rights amongst pioneers it would be nice to have time based (shortest time to clear dungeon) leaderboards for solo and team runs. This could be weekly or monthly and is also a nice opportunity to award prizes."
